Terms & Conditions



POLICIES

- Please confirm the item’s availability first before submitting an order. We highly require alternative orders just in case out of stock scenarios would happen especially for sale and clearance items.

- All order forms duly accomplished and submitted are considered FINAL except on certain circumstances. Submit an order only if you are a SURE buyer.

- Cancellation of order is not allowed once Order Form has been submitted except when the item or order cannot be fulfilled by us due to certain reasons. No refunds will be given on any payment made if order is cancelled by the buyer.

- Modification of order is only allowed if item becomes unavailable on certain scenarios.

- Orders without payment within 3 days after receiving the confirmation email from us will be automatically cancelled and buyer will be blacklisted. Payment extension may be provided upon our discretion when requested.

- Orders will be processed only after payment has been made. We shall not be held responsible if item becomes unavailable due to waiting for the payment especially for pre-order items.

- Bogus buyers and joy reservers will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with our requirements will result to adding you to our blacklist.



PAYMENT

- For on-hand items, we only accept full payment.

- For pre-orders, we accept full payment or minimum downpayment of 50% or 75% depending on the total amount as determined by us. Pay remaining balance upon arrival of orders.

- Transfer fees and interest for payments sent, if applicable, shall be shouldered by the client.

- We only accept certain forms of payment. See Payments Accepted page for details.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- Free shipping is valid only on selected areas and selected items. Combined shipping may be allowed on certain scenarios.

- Shipping fee depends on actual weight or volume weight of the order whichever is higher as determined by the courier.

- Arrival of items sent via courier shipping may take 1-3 working days for Metro Manila recipients while 3 to 5 working days for those outside Metro Manila.

- Buyers from areas out of the delivery area of the courier shall have the responsibility to pickup the order on the nearest pickup point of the courier.

- Kaizee’s Closet’s responsibility ends once items have been turned over to the courier. We make sure the item is in good condition and protected before we send it. We shall not be held liable in case of delay, loss, and/or damages acquired during transit.

- Tracking numbers will be sent via email, SMS, and/or PM for courier deliveries.

- Meet-ups will be scheduled depending on the availability of our representative at our available meetup points. Re-scheduling of meet-up by the client, if ever, should be done via call/text at least 5 hours before the set meetup time.

- If client cancels meet-up at the last minute, a fee of P50 shall be charged to the buyer, in addition to a meetup fee if any.



PRODUCT INFORMATION

- All items are brand-new and authentic unless otherwise stated.

- The color/shade of the items may be different in actual due to relative monitor settings, camera flash, etc. We try our best to post pictures as clearly and similar to the items as possible. We shall not be held liable if the actual color/shade of the item does not meet your expectation.



LIABILITY

- Lost Item/Damages acquired during transit: Kaizee’s Closet’s responsibility ends once items have been turned over to the courier. We make sure the item is in good condition and protected before we send it. We provide tracking numbers once order has been picked up by the courier. We shall not be held liable in case of delay, loss, and/or damages acquired during transit. Exception is if the damage acquired during transit is the result of our packaging, proof required. We will either replace or refund the item after you send it back to us. We will pay all shipping costs required to return and replace the item. Shipping of returned items must be made through the same courier we used or a different courier with our approval.

- Incorrect/Wrong item: We usually do it right the first time but if for some reason we sent the wrong item we will gladly correct our mistake. Send it back to us in its original unopened undamaged state and we will send you back the correct item for free after we receive the incorrect item. If the item is a pre-order item or not available on-hand, we will send it to you as soon as we have a stock or you can opt to exchange it for a different item or get a refund. If item is opened or tampered with when returned to us, our personal warranty will be void and we won’t be replacing or refunding the item anymore. If you prefer to keep the incorrect item then, you shall pay for the shipping cost to send it back to you.

- Defective Items: All items especially brand new items and pre-ordered items from the USA will be sent as is. We shall not be held responsible if the item is defective or damaged unless the damage is acquired during transit as a result of our packaging as mentioned above. We will normally take a picture of the item exterior as proof that the item has its original seal that is not tampered with, is brand new and undamaged. Buyer may request for us to open it and provide more proof of its status especially for electronic items but if no request is made, we shall not be held responsible if item is found to be defective by the buyer later on.

- Warranty: We only provide personal warranty on all items we sell with the guarantee that they work and that everything are bought from the USA and are genuine products. For electronics and appliances, see the paragraph above on “Defective Items”. On special cases depending on the product and brand, the item may be replaced or repaired for free if it is covered by the company’s warranty in the Philippines. If international warranty is not recognized in the Philippines, we can have it warrantied from the USA but the customer is responsible for the international shipping fee to include it in our regular ocean cargo shipments to the Philippines. Most times, returning the defective product is not required but if the defective product is required to be returned for it to be replaced thru the company’s warranty, the customer is also responsible for sending it back to us in the USA.

- For pickup/meetups, buyer have the responsibility to check the items upon pickup/meetup. If not, we shall not be held responsible if the item is damaged from then on. Defective and incorrect/wrong items shall follow the rules mentioned above.



PRICING

All our prices are subject to change at anytime depending on quantity and market price. This is mostly applicable to pre-order items since prices from US website or stores varies daily so we cannot have a fixed priced for the items and can only provide pricing upon request. For onhand items, we normally just sell them based on the price that we got them for initially. Price adjustments can be done on a case to case basis.



PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information submitted by our clients are considered private and will never be shared to any third parties.



CHANGES

We reserve the right to revise or change our policies,terms and conditions stated above in the future to reflect modifications to our site and service. To ensure that visitors are aware of our current privacy practices, we recommend that they check this site periodically. We will not, however, change how we handle previously collected personally identifiable information without providing notice and choice as to how we use this information.
